Help Desk User

Users assigned to the Helpdesk Operators role are responsible for providing support related to viewing and, when necessary, resetting end users’ 2FA (authenticator) verification registrations.

Users with this role can:

• List all users and reset an end user’s existing 2FA registration when required.

• List and sort users based on their 2FA status (active/inactive).
