Users assigned to the Helpdesk Operators role are responsible for providing support related to viewing and, when necessary, resetting end users’ 2FA (authenticator) verification registrations.
Users with this role can:
List all users and reset an end user’s existing 2FA registration when required.
List and sort users based on their 2FA status (active/inactive).
