User Management
ARK2FA is used by authorized users (admin, helpdesk) to manage users’ existing 2FA (authenticator) registrations.
Main functions:
User list: Users that are synchronized from Active Directory and have a 2FA registration on ARK2FA are listed.
Filtering and sorting:
You can search by username using the Username field.
Users can be sorted based on their 2FA status using the Is Active column.
2FA reset (Actions / Refresh):
When the red refresh button in the relevant row is clicked, the user’s existing 2FA registration is reset.
After the reset, the user is required to complete their 2FA registration again with a new token at the next sign-in.
This screen is used to manually reset 2FA registrations especially in cases where the user changes their phone, deletes the authenticator application, or cannot access the previous QR code.
