Reports

The Reports module allows administrators to analyze system activity, offering specialized views for different authentication methods such as SMS and Authenticator usage.

Report Selection & Filtering

• Report Type: Use the dropdown menu at the top to switch between different report categories (e.g., Authenticator Usage or SMS logs).

• Custom Filters: Narrow down the data by selecting a specific User or defining a Date Range (Start Date / End Date).

• Quick Actions: Use the "Get Last..." buttons to instantly load data for the past day, week, or month.

Export & Print Capabilities

The system provides flexible options to share or archive the generated data using the toolbar above the list:

• Print: Click the Printer icon to print the current report directly from the interface.

• Export: The data can be exported and saved in the following formats:

  • Export to PDF

  • Export to Excel 2007

  • Export to Microsoft Word 2007
