Initial Login and LDAP Settings

When the first login is performed, the user must access with the root account, and the validation type must be selected as authenticator because SMS verification needs to be set up during the initial login.

The LDAP settings should be as shown in the image. Set the "AD user Phone attribute section" as mobile, and enter your own Domain FQDN (*) address.

License Acquisition and Activation

After the installations, obtain your license key by contacting [email protected], specifying the Machine ID, Product Name, and Version.

Activate the Offline license key via File Select (select the file you received from the sales department from the folder where you saved it); your license will become active.
